1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using StreamFlows (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Use of the Service

StreamFlows provides data extraction and loading services. You retain ownership of all data you process through the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to access and transfer the data you configure in your pipelines.

4. Billing and Payment

Paid plans are billed monthly. The Starter plan includes a 30-day free trial. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Service Availability

We aim to provide high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible. Enterprise plans include SLA guarantees.

6. Limitation of Liability

StreamFlows is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, but we will make your data available for export for 30 days.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
